What does short-term rental management cost?
Short-term rental management starts at 10% of booking revenue. Final pricing depends on the property, market and management needs, and we’ll confirm your management rate after learning more about the property and what you need.
Do I keep ownership of my Airbnb listing?
Yes. Our management model is built around you owning your listing, with us managing it as co-host. That means your listing, reviews and history remain yours, even if you eventually stop working with us. If your current listing is owned by another management company, we’ll help you work through what transitioning it would involve.
Which booking platforms can you manage?
We can manage listings across Airbnb and Vrbo, and can work with additional booking channels depending on the property and your goals.
Can I still use the property myself?
Yes. We can block dates for personal stays as needed and work with you on the best approach for how you plan to use the property throughout the year.
Do you guarantee revenue or occupancy?
We don’t guarantee a specific revenue or occupancy number. We actively manage pricing, availability, listing performance and booking strategy, and keep you informed about what we’re seeing and where there may be opportunities to improve.
Can you take over a listing that’s already running?
Yes. We can step into an existing rental and take over the day-to-day management, including pricing, guest communication, cleaners, turnovers, maintenance and ongoing listing management. We’ll first review how everything is currently set up and build the transition around what’s already working. If you own the existing Airbnb listing, we can be added as co-host so the listing, reviews and history stay intact.
I’m already with another property manager. Can I switch to M&P?
Yes. The exact process depends on your current arrangement, but being with another management company doesn’t prevent you from moving to M&P. If your current manager owns the Airbnb listing rather than you, we’ll factor that into the transition plan and walk you through your options before anything changes.
Can you help if I want to manage the rental myself?
Yes. We also offer setup, onboarding and advisory support for owners who want to self-manage. We can help you launch a new rental or review an existing operation, identify gaps and recommend ways to make it easier to run.
